Hi everyone,

My name is Enas, and I’m running to be your next VP Admin. Through my past experiences in leadership and administrative roles, I’ve developed a strong sense of organization, structure, and efficiency. As a Clinic Admin, I managed scheduling patients, patient inquiries, document organization, and many more. This taught me how to prioritize tasks, juggle multiple responsibilities, and enhance my communication abilities with both patients and colleagues. Similarly, while running a summer camp with a team, I was in charge of managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I learned how important it is to maintain clear communication, make sure everyone has a voice, and be prepared for the unexpected.

I believe that for people to truly feel invested in what we offer, they need to be involved in the process. If elected, I will make sure to collect feedback on a regular basis from students to ensure everyone’s voice is heard in decision making. This will help create a student society that reflects your needs and preferences. My goal is to build a space where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and contributing to initiatives that matter to all of us.

Being bilingual is a huge asset for me. It allows me to communicate effectively with all members, making sure we reach as many students as possible in both English and French. I’ll ensure that key documents and communications are available in both languages to promote an inclusive environment representing both cohorts.

As VP Admin, I’ll ensure that meeting minutes are recorded accurately and shared on time and that meeting agendas are prepared on time to encourage participation among members and keep a sense of structure and organization. One of my priorities will be to deliver clear and concise communication with students, whether through emails or the general weekly newsletter, keeping in mind the high volume of emails we receive as students. I’ll make sure the newsletter goes out regularly, to be able to keep everyone informed about events, resources, and important updates. This will help you take full advantage of all the opportunities available, and further enrich your experience during your medical school journey. Thank you for considering me for this role. :)

Best,

Enas

Alecco Philippi

Hey everyone!

I’m Alecco Philippi, a first-year med student, and I’m super excited to run for VP Administration for the 2025-2026 year! I love organizing, problem-solving, and making sure things run smoothly—which is exactly what this role is all about. Plus, as a bilingual student (English and French), I’m ready to make sure everyone feels included and informed, no matter which language they prefer.

Why I Want This Role
I thrive on keeping things structured and clear. Whether it’s managing records, sending out newsletters, or making sure meetings are well-documented, I love the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a team running. I’ve done a lot of this before—leading clubs, organizing events, and even tutoring—so I know how important it is to communicate effectively and stay on top of details.

What I’ll Focus On
✅ Keeping Everyone in the Loop – I’ll make sure meeting notes, agendas, and updates are clear, timely, and available in both English and French. No one should feel left out because of language barriers!
✅ Smooth & Fair Elections – If elected, I’ll work hard to ensure next year’s elections are transparent and well-organized, so every candidate gets a fair shot.
✅ Supporting Other Portfolios – I want to help make everyone’s jobs easier, whether that means collaborating on events, improving record-keeping, or just being a reliable teammate.
✅ Making ASoc More Accessible – I’ll listen to feedback and find ways to make the Society’s resources and communications as student-friendly as possible.

Why Me?
I’m fluent in French and English, so I can ensure everything is accessible to all students.
I’ve organized events, managed teams, and handled logistics in past roles, so I know how to keep things running without a hitch.
I’m detail-oriented but also love working with people—so I’ll make sure things are organized and approachable.
Most importantly, I genuinely care about making med school better for everyone, and I’ll put in the work to make that happen.

Let’s Make This Year Awesome!
I’d be honored to serve as your VP Admin and help make the Aesculapian Society more efficient, inclusive, and fun. If you want someone who’s organized and always willing to listen, I’d love your vote!

Thanks so much, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or ideas!
